I am committed to honoring the admirable choice to pursue personal growth by providing a non-judgmental, safe space where you can express yourself authentically. I primarily utilize a client-centered and systemic approach to therapy, focusing on your relationship with yourself and understanding how it influences your relationships with others, as well as the way you experience the world around you. Through understanding yourself more deeply in therapy, you can work towards letting go of the thought processes and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
